Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through SAMEBIKE. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our Technical Support team at support@samebikeus.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through SAMEBIKE within one year of initial purchase. Warranty claims may be submitted to support@samebikeus.com.

Shipping Damage Claims

IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 10 days from receipt of the product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to a SAMEBIKE’s customer service representative. Warranty Terms for Purchases from Offline Dealers

We have agreed with all the offline dealers that they are responsible for fulfilling the warranty terms for customers who purchased from them. Therefore, we do not directly provide warranty services for purchases from offline dealers.
When you use this form to initiate a warranty claim but fail to find the store you purchased your SAEMBIKE, your request will not be processed. At this time, please contact your direct seller to provide after-sales service. If you can't have your direct seller follow the warranty terms, you will need to purchase replacement parts on your own. Thank you for your understanding!
