No regrets

This is my first e-bike and I absolutely love it! It's so versatile, from your daily commute to your weekend light trails, it can do just everything! You'll never go weary after every ride that you'll want more miles covered! I have done several upgrades to it already - BMX handlebar, air suspension fork, sealed bearings on headset, alloy stem, etc. - which made it a total beast! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy their first e-bike. It will definitely give you a huge impression about electric bikes. I warn you though, once you go electric, you'll never go back!!

I brought a bike off EBay.. I love this product,, samebike is official and I would buy it again.. Da bike is Stylish.. AC BoardWalk People Love it.. Amazed by this Bike.. 💯

Make sure you get the exact bike you want!!

Let me tell you about my wonderful experience with my same bike.

Well first of all I didn’t notice that I was not on the same bike web site. I was on another web site that sells the Same bike.

And for all of you to know the price I paid was just a pinch less,and there’s a reason why.

My bike came and I was happy. This was my first E bike. So I was really enjoying riding it but it was difficult riding it if I had a few bags from the market. Then I noticed my bike does not have a bike rack but in the photo it does. Well I ask Same bike to send me one.,I’m told that they can’t find my order. I said my mistake I bought your bike through a different distributor, but i still bought your bike. So I call Same bike and they tell me that they can’t send me a bike rack but they can sell me one on their website. So I go to the website and it says that item is sold out. I E mail them back telling them that’s it’s a sold out item so would they please just send me one and they won’t send me one I have to buy one when it becomes available. I told them i hope I can get my bike rack before summer ends. Well I still don’t have my bike rack.

Hi Darren, thank you for sharing your experience. We hope you understand that the bike you ordered is the old version and does not include a rear rack. The upgraded XWLX09 is in 500w 10Ah and has an original rear rack. The frame size of the two versions is different, so the new rear rack does not fit your bike. By the way, the model number of the old version is XWXL09. You can find many pictures of it by Google XWXL09, and all of them have no rear rack. Thank you and wish you a happy life!

Great purchase!
